Returns
Returns are accepted within 8 calendar days of receipt only for the following reasons:
- Incorrect size shipped by us
- Size discrepancy between product received and product description
- Quality defects or manufacturing flaws

Please note: When trying on the item upon delivery, do not damage or remove the one‑time‑use security tag. Returns will not be accepted if the tag is damaged, broken, or removed.
Exchanges
Exchanges are permitted within 8 calendar days of receipt only for the following reasons:
- Incorrect size shipped by us
- Size discrepancy between product received and product description
- Quality defects or manufacturing flaws
Exchanges are limited to the same style and same color only.

All items come with a Lifetime Free Repairs.
For obvious accidental or man‑made damage, please email us at info@blingjewellery.hk for a repair quote.
Shipping & Taxes for Returns, Exchanges & Repairs
- Customers are responsible for both outbound and return shipping fees and any applicable taxes for returns, exchanges, and warranty services.
- In cases where we shipped the wrong style or size, we will cover all outbound and return shipping fees and applicable taxes.
Please note: Orders placed or collected at our physical store are not eligible for return or exchange.
