Order made on blingjewellery.hk is only for private use and not intended for resale. We do our best to maintain accurate stock counts on our website. Bling reserves the right to cancel orders for any reason, including for suspected violation of these Terms and Conditions.

All product prices listed on our website are the prices at the time of publication. We reserve the right to adjust product prices at any time without prior notice. All product images on this website are for reference only; the product’s written description shall prevail.

Shipping
After placing an order (excluding the day of ordering), the custom order production time is approximately 3 – 5 weeks to ship (excluding holidays).
Shipping may be delayed during festive holiday due to increased order volume or force majeure event such as natural disasters.
Deliver times are different by country and by shipping method that selected. Delivery times displayed on the website are an estimate and we do our best to achieve these.

Our company arranges delivery to the address specified by the customer, but we are not responsible for any damage or loss incurred during delivery or due to any reason.

If a product is mistakenly sent to a customer who did not order it, our company reserves the right to pursue legal action against them.

Can you declare my order as a gift or lower the declared value?
-We are unable to declare orders as gifts or lower their declared values. We have to comply with import and export regulations and laws. Undervaluation of goods is taken very seriously by the authorities and can result in a fine or your goods being seized.

What if I refuse to pay the tax?
-Your parcel will be held in customs for 3 weeks or up to a month before returning to us. You will be charged an additional shipping fee if we resend the parcel. In a worst-case scenario, your parcel will be confiscated by your local customs.

How much tax do I need to pay?
-International orders may be subject to customs or import duties and tax charges when they reach their destination country.
