Orders placed on blingjewellery.hk are for private use only, not for resale. We do our best to maintain accurate stock counts. Bling reserves the right to cancel orders for any reason, including suspected violation of these Terms.

All product prices listed are at the time of publication. We reserve the right to adjust prices without prior notice. Product images are for reference only; the written description shall prevail.

We securely accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, UnionPay, Alipay, WeChat Pay and other major methods.

After placing an order (excluding order day), custom production takes 3–5 weeks to ship (excl. holidays). Shipping may be delayed during festive seasons or force majeure events.

Delivery times are estimates and vary by country and shipping method. We are not responsible for damage or loss during transit. If a product is mistakenly sent to a customer who did not order it, we reserve the right to pursue legal action.

• All duties & taxes shall be borne by you.
• We cannot declare orders as gifts or lower declared value – undervaluation may lead to fines or seizure.
• If you refuse to pay tax: parcel held in customs (up to 1 month), then returned. Additional shipping fee for reshipment. Worst case: confiscation.
• International orders may be subject to import charges. Visit your local customs website for details.

When you visit or purchase, we collect personal information like name, address, and email solely for transaction purposes (order fulfillment, delivery, returns). For other purposes (e.g. marketing), we will ask for your explicit consent.
